He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Anna Beth Lewis; and his siblings, William Bill Ledbetter, Bonnie Jackson, Terri Sawyer, Rhonda Brantley, James A Ledbetter and Danny R. Ledbetter.
He is survived by: his adoptive father Tim (Janice Sparks); his great grandchildren, Sonja and Olivia of Camden, AR; his cousins, Dr. Melvin, Kathy Cann of South Carolina, Brenda M. Robison of Muldrow and Lucy L. Stites of Kibler Ar; and his brother Roger D Ledbetter of Ft Smith. He is also survived by (daughter) Camden, AR, two grandchildren.
