She was predeceased by: her mother Annie Loas Wilbourn Webster; her husband Charles L. Blackwell, Sr.; her sons, Bobby Joe, Sr., Roger Kenneth and Charles Blackwell Jr.; her father Robert Webster, Sr.; her stepmother Hazel Webster; and her siblings, Martha Pearl Johnson, Carolyn Woodard Lowe, Stella Mitchell, Bill, Robert (Bubba), Charles (Skip) and Rex Allen Webster.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna DeWitt of Wynne; her grandchildren, Matt, Robert Blackwell of Wynne, B. J. Blackwell of Searcy, Bobby Lee Blackwell of Caldwell, Anthony Lawrence of Southaven, Christy Blackwell of Camden, Whitney Sullivan of St. Louis, Sarah Wood of Wynne, April Blackwell of Forrest City, Jeff DeWitt of Wynne and Amanda Steward of Wynne; her great grandchildren, Devin, Jayden Blackwell, Lee, Caroline, Casey Blackwell, A. J. Lawrence, Aiden, Zeke, Anabel, Jessie DeWitt, Sierra Long, Aaron, Tyler, Trent, Trevor Cunningham, Abbey, Noah, Hudson Steward, Kaden Sullivan, Aliyson, James and Ainsely Wood; and her siblings, Ruth Sisk of Huntsville, Lequita "Sissy" Hill of Corpus Christi, Dena Allen of Wynne and Mike Webster of Cabot. She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
