He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coggins and Pauline Coggins (Sharp); his wife Lois Coggins (Mayville); his siblings, John Alvin Coggins, Roy Coggins, Arnold Coggins, Donald Coggins, Kathleen Dorris, Mary Agnes Kernodle, Eva Doris Hughes and Charlene Cook; and his grandson Karl Wright.
He is survived by: his children, John Coggins of Wynne, Jim Bullock (Lynn) of Iowa, Betty Polly Coggins of Wynne and Diana Brumbly of Montana; his siblings, Willie Lee Coggins of Illinois and Lucy Stanlick of Iowa; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Coggins, Evan Coggins and Jessica Riox. He is also survived by one great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
