It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Oral Davis Futrell (Wynne, Arkansas), born in Tupelo, Arkansas, who passed away on September 27, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hoyt Futrell Sr.; her parents, Tavner Monroe and Ella Moore Davis; her sons, Richard Earl "Dickie" Futrell and Kenneth Clifford Futrell; her grandsons, Berry, Mark David, Chad and Little Dan; and her siblings, Earle Davis, Evelyn Davis Hill, Woodrow Davis, Jewel Davis, Opal Davis Ewart and Essley Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, Hoyt Alvah Futrell, Jr. (Kay) of Vanndale, James Roger Futrell (Sharon) of Jonesboro and Daniel Wayne Futrell (Joyce) of Vanndale; her daughter-in-law Nancy Futrell; and her grandchildren, Hoyt Alvah "Al" Futrell, III (Justin), Kara Doss (Scott), Holly Melton (Mark), Tavner Shaw (Kim), Bill Reed, Chris Futrell (Kyla), Stacey Faries (Matt), Vikki Johnson, Richard Futrell, Stephen Futrell, Brooke Brown (Jeff) and Jonathan Futrell (Brittany). She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
