She is survived by: her husband Walter Earl Newby; her stepsons, Randy Newby of Campbell Station and Timmy Joe Newby of Bald Knob; and her siblings, Gene Sharpe of Nashville and Geraldine Steele of Carterville. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
