He was predeceased by: his sons, Reese Mitchell, Scott Allen Mitchell and Marcus Mitchell Jr.; and his sister Tolise Atkinson. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Mitchell and Clara Griffin Mitchell; his spouse Katie Jo Reese; his brother Tom Mitchell of Wynne; his grandchildren, Krissy Mitchell, Karla Mitchell and Ken Mitchell of Memphis; and his daughter-in-law Tina Mitchell of Memphis.
