He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Irma Pauline Cowan (Eppes); and his brother Billy Gene Cowan. He is survived by: his wife Ouida Cowan; his children, Michael Flentje Cowan (Amanda) of Eads, Tennessee and Angela Denise Cowan of Wynne; his sisters, Joy Carol Oliver (Charles) of Wynne, Bonnie Beth Cowan of Wynne, Paulette Myers of Wynne and Pam Burnett (Gene) of Wynne; his sister-in-law Linda Cowan of Wynne; and his grandchildren, Jac Abram Cowan and Ava Leann Cowan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
