She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ann Tyler (Stain). She is survived by: her father Elmo Tyler (Bernice) of Wynne; her daughter Stephanie Gailey (Jeff) of Benton; her stepchildren, Mike Creasey of McCrory, Rusty Creasey (Erin) of McCrory and Courtney Stovall (Daniel) of McCrory; her sister Patricia Turner of Forrest City; her grandchildren, Ainslee Theodore, Jaiden Kubeno, Kaylee Creasey, Natalie Creasey, Mileigh Kate Creasey, Nicholas Stovall and Kendall Stovall; and her great grandchild Oliver Beckett. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
