He was predeceased by: his daughter Cassanda Sue Hamlett; and his sister Janet Louise Funderburg. He is survived by: his parents, Herrold Hamlett and Virginia Mikel Hamlett of Malden; his wife Brenda Sue Young Hamlett; his daughters, Karrie Leah Watts (Jeff Thomas), Angela Deree Hill of Wynne, Meckensie Deree Watts (Allen Crane) and Jennifer Farmer (Steven); his son-in-law Jason Posey of Wynne; his grandchildren, Eden Mae Posey of Wynne, Blake Mikel Posey of Wynne, Charlotte Deree Watts of Wynne, Zachary Farmer of Campbell, Missouri., Trenton Farmer of Campbell, Missouri. and Malary Farmer of Campbell, Missouri.; and his brothers, Ronnie Hamlett of Popular Bluff, Darrel Hamlett of Malden and Donald Hamlett of Malden, Missouri..
