She is survived by: her spouse Maxie Joe Cook (Doodle); her sons, Joey Cook (Manuela) of Forrest City, Martin Cook (Judy) of Wynne and Greg Cook (Faye) of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Brandon Cook, Zach, Cassie Cook, Kassie Cook, Jodie Cook, T. J. Smith, Dusty Smith, Hannah Cook, Leigh, Ryan McCallister, Heather West, Adam Herring, Kalie, Justin Crawford, Chris Autry and Adriana Bailey; her siblings, Hoppy Martin (Linda), Ann Butler of Wynne and Sheila Davis (Ray Dean Davis) of Wynne; and her sister-in-law Annette Simmons of Wynne. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
