He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgie Lee Baker Forrester and John Forrester; his wife Sharon Annette Sullivan Forrester; his daughter Susan Annette Forrester Mitchell; and his sisters, Virginia Forrester Pruitt and Alice "Sue" Forrester Jones.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura Beth; his friends, Oliver Andrews, Jimmy, Patsy Woods and Ann Moore; his granddaughters, Allison Noelle Davis Hays (Cody), Lexie Gray Mitchell and Kylie Estelle Mitchell; his siblings, Shirley Forrester Barbour, Joyce Forrester Cantrell (J. T.) and Ronnie Forrester; and his brother-in-law Bill Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
