She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ross M. Conner and Aileen May Short; her husband Harold Fowler; her children, Jody Balkman (Robin), Aaron Balkman (Wendy), Sarah Cecil, Josh Fowler (Emily), Christy Stallings (Lance) and Tiger Fowler; and her brother Danny Conner. She was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
