He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hogue and Judy B. Hogue (Halfacre); his daughter Ann Marie Williams; and his siblings, Eugene Williams, Sarah Williams and Lisa Howard.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Williams; his children, Ray Williams (Christina) of McCrory, John Williams (Brandy) of Wynne, Chris Williams (Kendra) of Caldwell and Misty Dawn Williams (Michael Lovelace) of Jay, Oklahoma; his siblings, Jimmy Williams (Linda) of Little Rock, Curtis Williams of Wynne, Edward Hogue (Mary) of Noel, Donald Hogue of Wynne and Fronie Qualls (David) of Memphis, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Trevor Bowles, Kaylee Bowles, Job Williams, Steven Lovelace, Phillip Lovelace, Tanner Skinner, Jonathan Williams, Ian Williams and Faith Williams. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
