She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Armstrong and Mamie Armstrong. She is survived by: her children, J. L. Milton (Sue) of Wynne, AR, Billy Milton (Beverly) of Marion, AR, Gary Milton (Leah) of Batesville, AR, Allen Milton and Sharlet Milton of Wynne, AR; and her sister Sara Fay DeMars of Irvine, CA.. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and 25 great great grandchildren.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own masks.
