He is survived by: his wife Amy Collins; his parents, Bobby Collins of Vanndale and Gretchen Baker; his stepfather Ricky Baker of Parkin; his grandmothers, Betty Yarbrough of Pangburn and Shelba Ward of Wynne; his sons, Everett Collins and Balin Collins of Wynne; his brother Steven Collins of Hardy; and his aunt Edie Miller (Kevin) of Wynne. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
