We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2023, at the age of 95, Billie Jean Goade Frazier of Wynne, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George William and Myrtle Viola Wisemore Goade; her husband Odes Frazier; her son Jimmie Ray Frazier; her brother Bobby Goade; her sister-in-law Louise Goade; and her son-in-law Rick Breeding.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Countz (Gary) of Wynne and Myla Breeding of Quitman; her granddaughters, Michelle Countz Berry (Joshua) and Tiffany Breeding; and her great grandchildren, Garrett, Emerson Berry, Brooklyn Hynum and Gabriel Willis.
