She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Ed and Mary Wampler; her husband Dallis Chappell; her son Jim Chappell; and her brother Jimmy Wayne Wampler.
She is survived by: her children, Delane Chappell (Terrie) of Fair Oaks, Alan Chappell of Morton, Bryan Chappell, John Chappell (Kerrie) of Beebe, Robin Chappell of Eureka Springs and Glenda Woodson (Billy) of Millington, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Jason Owens, Ann Ballard, Tara Hutto, Andrea Petty, Daniel Chappell, Shelby Chappell, Alec Chappell, Joshua Chappell, Garrett Tyndall, Hailee Chappell, Shane Rudick, Britney Lorenz, Logan Morris and Wesly Woodson. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
