He was predeceased by: his parents, Dodd Cummings and Mary Lorie Cummings (Watlington); his son Tony Lee Cummings of Pine Tree; his stepdaughter Dessiree Duff-Cannon; and his sisters, Agnes and Pauline Cummings.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cummings; his daughters, Pam Cummings of Bryant and Maddy Cummings of Pine Tree; his stepchildren, Jeremy Duff and Melissa Sheriff; his sister Shirley Head of Forrest City; and his grandchildren, Michael, Tucker, Ashleigh, Kynleigh, Grady and Alex Cummings. He is also survived by step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Barnishaw Cemetery, 30 Cross 1101, Colt, AR 72326.
