He is survived by: his wife Mary Mobbs; his sons, Steve Mobbs (Debbie), Mark Mobbs (Myra) and Phillip Scott Mobbs (Stacy); his grandsons, Aaron Mobbs (Jennifer), Spencer Mobbs (Megan) and Billy Wallace; his sister Pat Hennessy; and his great grandchildren, Keilee, Landon (Billy) and Baby Mobbs.
