He is survived by: his children, James Pitts of Branson, Jason Pitts (Amanda) of Witter and Amanda Nay of Oregon; his sisters, Pricilla Vanzant of Claremore, Carol Walker (James) of Springdale and Doris Anderson of Bentonville; and his grandchildren, Skylar, Alek, Catherine, Elija, Zachary and Mika.
