He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Purser and Virginia Purser; and his spouse Johnnie Watson Purser. He is survived by: his children, Tara Purser of Springdale and Christopher Purser of Springdale; his stepchildren, Karen Wilson of Clarksville, Charles Case of Clarksville and Roger Case of Clarksville; his sisters, Linda Rogers of Portland, Oregon and Vicky Carter of Portland, Oregon; his nephew Michael Rogers; and his niece Karen Payton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
