He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Cecil Harber and Willie Marie Harmon Harber; and his brother-in-law George Coffman. He is survived by: his wife Judy Harber; his children, Doug Harber of Wiseman and Michele Harber Kerlin (Chad) of Hurlburt, Florida; his sisters, Janice Coffman of Benton, Joanna Stricker of Springdale and Donna Brown (Larry) of Salem; and his grandchildren, Suzonne Beard, Allie Richardson, Chance Harber, Kylie Bell Harber, Angela Harrison and Dawn Kerlin. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
