She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Bud" Sebastian and Frances Sebastian (Adams); her husband T. L. Brooks; her brother Bill Sebastian; and her son John Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Tom Sebastian (Marlene) of Springport, Charles "Buddy" Sebastian (Debra) of Albion and Linda Fuller of Eaton Rapids; her siblings-in-law, Tina Sebastian of Springport, Louise Rogers (Dicky) of Texas and Gerald Brooks of Arkansas; her stepchildren, Greg Brooks of Arkansas, Guy Brooks of Arkansas, Gretta Harris (Kelly) of Arkansas and Gayla Irvan (Kirby) of Arkansas; and her friends, Jill Tiner and Brianna Nichols of Arkansas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
