He is survived by: his son Robert Spears; his grandson Thomas Spears; his daughter Lori Spears; his brother George Spears (Geri); his sisters-in-law, Sue Spears and Alice Spears; his aunt Bobbie Cline (Jackie Wade); and his close friend Zoe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
His contribution to the Washington County Election Commission for twenty-plus years was invaluable.
