He is survived by: his wife Jamae Fulmer; his son Jason Fulmer (Jessica) of Prosper; his grandchildren, Abby, Jantzen, Annie, Paxton and Evie; his son Brad Fulmer (Ashley) of Winslow; his grandchildren, Avari, Adleigh and Ayden; and his siblings, Dale Fulmer (Joyce) of Texarkana, Arkansas and Margaret Ann Lunsford (Richard) of Dumas, Arkansas..
