She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Steve and Hazel Juanita Breeden Smith (Nail); and her husband Jesse "Monty" Smith. She is survived by: her children, Connie Ramey (Billy) of Winslow, Coy Phillips of Winslow, Debbie Gaesswitz of Winslow, Curtis Phillips of Winslow, Doug Phillip (Beth) of Winslow, Crystal Bryant (Robert) of Winslow and Charles Smith of Winslow; her grandchildren, Jessica Curry, Darrick Phillips, Kyle Phillips, Presley Curry (Jacqueline) and Leslie Ramey (Reagan); her great grandchildren, Chayceon and CJ Carr; and her sisters, Leta McGuire, Gay Harp and Marsha Cooley (James).
