He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Watkins and Hazel Watkins of Winslow; and his brother Jerry Dwayne. He is survived by: his brother Jim Watkins (Jena) of West Fork, Arkansas.; and his nieces, Shelly Watkins, Christy Thomas and Jenny Johnson (Winslow).
