He is survived by: his wife Loretta Smith; his children, Crystal Bryant (Robert) of Winslow and Charles Smith of Winslow; his brother Sumner Smith of Winslow; his stepchildren, Connie Ramey (Billy) of Winslow, Coy Phillips of Winslow, Debbie Gaesswitz of Winslow, Curtis Phillips (Debbie) of Winslow and Doug Phillips (Beth) of Winslow; his grandchildren, Jessica Curry, Darrick Phillips, Kyle Phillips, Presley Curry (Jacqueline) and Leslie Ramey; and his great grandchildren, Chayceon and CJ Carr.
