He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rankin and Daisy Rankin (Collins); and his sister Jesse Teague. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Rankin (Seratt); his son Jeral Rankin of West Fork; and his brother Joe Rankin of Mountainburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
