She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Foster and Virginia Foster (Weber); her husband Eugene; her children, Bobby, David and Marla; and her brothers, Marvin, Jimmy, Dale and Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Meadors (Deborah), Jason Meadors, Jeff Meadors (Jessica), Anitra Case (Frankie) and April Carothers (Jonathan); and her siblings, Wayne Foster (Annette), Mary Sue Rice (Donnie) and Helen Carter (Wayne). She is also survived by twenty four grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
