It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Tippy Sr. (Wilson, Arkansas), who passed away on February 26, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Tippy and Mary Tippy; his son Joe Charles Tippy; his granddaughter Bridgette Bennett; and his siblings, Lloyd Tippy (Polly), Henry Tippy (Angie), J. T. Tippy (Evelyn), L. B. Tippy (Nell), Howard Tippy (Launa), William Tippy, Jack Tippy, Bobby Tippy, Orville Tippy, Andrew Tippy and Alice George (Carl).
He is survived by: his spouse JoAnn Tippy; his children, LeRoy Jr. Tippy (Lucy) of Wilson, AR, Gary Tippy (Teresa) of Etowah, AR, Perry Tippy (Donna) of Wilson, AR, Nancy Duncan (Rick) of Wilson, AR and Lisa Cook (Bill) of Manila, AR; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Tippy, Garnett Tippy, Betty Nichols and Daisy Sornson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
