He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Franks; his daughters, Becky Franks of Marion and Jamie (Barrett); his grandchildren, Chase Fincher (Alecia), Cody Fincher and Wesley; his brothers, Briley Beau and Winsley; his great grandchildren, Rilyn Chase Fincher and Jaylee Evans; his sister Pat Long of Lepanto; his nieces and nephews, Sue, Bebe, Ronda, Judy, Deborah, John, Roger, Eva, Terrie, Kenny, Sharon, Mikel, Bethany, Dorothy, Shirley, Vern and Betty; and his siblings-in-law, Louis Sullins, Ken Sullins, Gloria Franks and Joan Franks.
