He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Bing Harvey; his parents, Vernon Harvey and Ruby Williams Harvey; and his brother Deon Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Lenn Chatham Carr Harvey of Wilmot; his daughters, Cecilia Segars (Larry) of Hot Springs and Kelli Harvey of Bastrop; his stepchildren, Jeff Carr of Springfield, Tommie Stapleton of Shreveport and Christy Pippen of Crossett; and his grandchildren, Kyle Shell, Claire Bussey, John Segars, Lasha Freemyer, Chelsea Sepulvado and Nicholas Sepulvado. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
