She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Whitaker; her parents, John L. Sullivan and Winnie Davis Ashcraft Sullivan; her son Robert Earl Whitaker; her granddaughter Crystal Whitaker; her great grandchild Hunter Whitaker; and her siblings, Helen Jones and Rudolph Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, John Whitaker of Holcomb and Pam Bennett of Oak Grove; her son-in-law Andy Bennett of Oak Grove; her daughter Sheila Autin of Lake Charles; her son-in-law Russell Autin of Lake Charles; her daughter Juanita Jones of Meridian; and her sister-in-law Sarah Sullivan. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
