He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Orr and Irma Stiles Orr; his siblings, Jim Orr and Joy Mullens; his brother-in-law David Helm; his niece Amy Orr; and his nephew Brian Diemer.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Caldwell Orr of Leola; his daughters, Shannon Keller (Scott) of Gunter, Texas and Sharon Previtte of Poyen, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kaden Keller, Kylee Keller and Ashland Previtte; and his sister Jo Helm of Leola.
