He was predeceased by: his father Rev. James Douglas; and his grandparents, Clara Carr, Jim Jackson, Willie Douglas and Lee Douglas Jefferson.
He is survived by: his uncle Leo Jackson; his mother Patricia "Johnnie Mae" Douglas of Wilmar, AR; his siblings, Clark Douglas, Selesstine Winston (late Russell Winston) of Wilmar, AR, Katherine Hill of Castro Valley, CA and Barbara Webb (Clifford) of Wilmar, AR; and his aunt Charlie Mae Jackson (Willie Mae Miller). He is also survived by aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews, extended family, and friends.
