He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Watkins and Anna Watkins (Schmidt). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Watkins; his daughters, Robyn Thomas of Kansas, Tiffani Sullivan of Kansas, Tobi Watkins of Kansas and Toni Watkins of Michigan; his stepson Bryan Thomas (Sherry) of Kansas; and his siblings, Connie Wallace, Linda Apple (Randy) and David Watkins. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
