He is survived by: his wife Hazel Mae "Penny" McIlvoy (Lang); his children, Richard "Rain" McIlvoy, Joseph Sanders (Nicole) and Marie Sanders; his grandchildren, Johnathan (Rabecca), Sara, Hanna, Jacob, McKenzie and Clayton; his great grandchildren, Vincent and Gannon; his siblings, Jimmy, Ricky McIlvoy, Sam Coburn, Judy Ann and Angie; and also, Frank Hayden, Craig Laubach, Gary Laubach, Larry McCurley and Herrin Tire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
