He is survived by: his wife Deborah Henry (Anderson); his daughter Deanna Teaster (Tim) of Smyrna, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Colin, Laurelei, Gillian, Carlee and Ian. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters; many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and good friends.
