He was predeceased by: his parents, Reba Mullins and Richard Mullins; and his brother James Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Mullins (Brink); his children, Adrian Mullins of Kansas City, Jennifer of Lucia and Timmothy Mullins of Spanaway, WA; and his brother Dewayne Mullins of Mammoth Spring. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
