He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ann Butterworth Scott; his children, Crystal Scott (Tyrone Williams), Robin Thomas of Pangburn, AR and Regan Robert Irwin Scott III (Amanda) of Wilburn, AR; his sister Lynn Berretti of West Memphis, AR; his grandchildren, Michael Z. Haggard, Tyler Stowe, Regan Robert Edward Scott IV, Ethan Scott, Cheyenne Thomas, McKenzie Thomas and Hunter Thomas; and his great grandchild Ally Haggard.
