He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Theodore Pulley and Vera Foltz Pulley; his daughter Cindy Goodpaster; his grandson Jeremy Scott Pulley; and his sister-in-law Cathy Pulley.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Laura Burnett Pulley; his children, Scott Pulley (Cheryl) of Wilburn, Jimmy Pulley of Vandale, Bud Bowman (Thelma) of Mt. View, Arkansas, Elizabeth Wells (Toby) of Harrisburg and Sara Mings (Ray) of Mt. View, Arkansas; his siblings, Sherman Pulley (Glenda) of Wynne, Aubrey Pulley (Ava) of Wynne, Junior Pulley of Tilton, Arkansas, Jackie Elrod of Clarksville and Glenda Pulley Coffman of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and his son-in-law Clayton Goodpaster. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren and other extended family members and many friends.
