He was predeceased by: his father David Courtney Sr.; and his brother Rodney Courtney. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Long Courtney of Widener; and his brothers, David Courtney Jr. (Amy) of Derby, Russell Courtney (Lisa) of Forrest City and Michael Courtney (Tammie) of Palestine.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stevens Funeral Home (220 N Washington St, Forrest City, AR 72335). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the Forrest Park (2605 S Washington St, Forrest City, AR 72335).
