He was predeceased by: his parents, Odus Jake Duggins and Hazel Mitter Knight Duggins; his son William Van Duggins; his siblings, Betty J Kellum, E. J. Duggins, Estel Duggins and Buddie Duggins; his brothers-in-law, Andy Killian and Leonard Kellem; and his mother-in-law Viola Schulz Killian.

He is survived by: his wife Ida Ann Duggins; his daughter Kelli Jo Gray (Ricky Dean) of Pineville; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Hall of Melbourne, Jerry Killian of Mountain Home and Roy Killian of Wideman. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
