He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Potts Cook; his wife Ruth Norton Cook; his grandson Kye Stewart; his siblings, James, Guy "Bo", Jack, Lois Miller, Dorothy Tucker and Hazel Anderson; and his son-in-law Gene Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Rita Taylor of Bryant, Patsy Stewart and Ronnie Cook (Diana); his grandchildren, Chris Whitcomb (Krisina), Bruce Whitcomb (Vikki), Julie Cox (Derrick), Heather Shaffer (Dave), Chad Cook (Jeannie), Kenny Stewart (Sara), Kevin Stewart (Julie) and Ashley Stewart; and his brother Don Cook. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
