She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Gray, Sr. and Josephine Gray (Sharpe). She is survived by: her husband Lee Perry Bruce of White Hall, AR; her children, Jerry Bruce of Sherwood, AR and Sherrye Collins of Memphis, Tennessee; and her siblings, John "Andy" Gray of Chicago, Illinois, Hubert Gray of Anna, Texas, Dorotha Adams of San Antonio, Texas, Lula Searcy of Ontario, Canada and Jeanette Cooper of Oakland, Tennessee. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barraque Street Missionary Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
