He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wyama, Charles Henry Via, Patricia and Clarence Duke; his uncle Danny Duke; and his cousin Addison Duke.
He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Via and Donnie Via; his brothers, Donovan Via and Logan Via; his cousin Joseph Odom; and his pet Betsy.
