He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Cooney and Juanita Morrison Cooney; and his daughter Rhonda Cooney. He is survived by: his wife Pam Cooney; his daughter Tiffany Daniel (Chad); his brothers, Harold Cooney (Monica), Larry Cooney (Susan) and Kevin Cooney; his grandchildren, Lucas Beard, Jacob Beard and Maddisyn Wilkinson (Jacob); and his great grandchild Illa Beard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robinson and Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel (8302 Dollarway Rd, White Hall, AR 71602). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
