He is survived by: his fiancé Stacey Fisher of White Hall; his stepsons, Ronnie Fisher (Kelly) of Bumpass Mills, TN, Denny Fisher (Julie) of Lumberton, TX and Chris Fisher (Marissa) of Sheridan; his daughter Allison Fuller (Brian) of Little Rock; his siblings, Jerry Knabe (Carol) of Alma, WI, Carol Jean Knabe (Eddy) of Milwaukee, WI and Nancy Lowe of Madison, WI; his grandchildren, Jordan (Samantha), Morgan, Brady, Jazmine, Ava and Will; his great grandchildren, Liam and Andrew; and his nieces, Susie Knabe of Green Bay, WI and Tonia Lowe of Berkley, CA..
Thomas was a retired veteran of the United States Coast Guard, serving during the Vietnam War, was a retired boat captain with Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel and was a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
