With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Ann Watts McClain-Adcock of White Hall, Arkansas, born in Monticello, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2024 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Watts Jr. and Nellie Mae Tribble Watts; her former husband N. David McClain; her children, Nathan Lee McClain and Casey Douglas; and her stepgranddaughter Diane Glenn.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Adcock of White Hall; her sons, David E. McClain of White Hall and R. Keith McClain (Millie); her grandchildren, Magan and Zachary McClain of Sheridan; her sisters, Martha Scruggs of England and Cheryl Jones; her daughters, Karey Broach (Jason), Allison Fowler (Steven) and Carley Covert (Jerrick); her granddaughter Brianna Moore (James); her great grandchildren, James Eldon and Melody; and her grandchildren, Kellan Douglas Starling (Ally), Kade Douglas, Cameron Broach (Makaila), Karigan Broach, Emma Fowler, Gabe Fowler and Zachary Covert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
